A $40.00 service charge will be made for any and all cancellations. If cancelled 24-48 hours prior to your arrival date, there is a charge of 50% of your reservation total; with less than 24-hour notice the charge is 75%. A “no show” (an un-cancelled reservation) will be charged the full reservation total. The card given to guarantee the reservation will be charged – if invalid, it will be reported. Any disputed charges will be charged back to you in addition to the cancellation fee.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL! (This way, we have a record of the time the cancellation was requested.) Please send with your name and date of reservation..

Our policy is that children must be age 8 or older to stay at our Inn. However, depending on the date/situation we will sometimes make exceptions. Please contact us for approval before booking if you wish to bring a child under the age of 8.
